The Izumi Swap-Shop

You approach a small store within the guild. A shiny Absol notices you and approaches the counter. The counter is actually a glass case which has an assortment of strange and rare items. The Absol greets you. She also points you towards an information board hanging on the wall. You begin to read...

{This is The Izumi Swap-Shop. There are quite a few things you can do here. Allow me to explain...
You can:
a. Swap what you have for something
or
b. Buy a rare item off of me.
or
c. Sell a rare item to me
or
d. Have a box appraised
or
e. Buy a box from me
OR
f. Sell a box to me

I will price items based off of their rarity. Items can be as rare as a rating of three points.
Ratings:
• =common: 150 poke
•• =rare: 250 poke
••• =extremely rare: 350 poke

If you are swapping an item, there is a flat rat of 50 poke. Thats all you pay. But, there is a restriction to the swaps: 
You can only swap for items that are of equal or lesser value then what you have to offer, and they have to be part of the same set. The extremely rare items can be traded for, but you must have certain specific items from the same set.

Appraisals will be 125 poke each. If you buy a box from me, it is 200 poke and you get a free appraisal with it

In terms of the items I will have:

I will be stocking whatever i can get my hands- err -paws on; be that through my adventures or by buying things off travelers.

Proteus huffed as he flopped into the shop. He had seen an Archen toss some odd looking boxes and a ribbon object back at Grassveil, and he had taken an interest in the items when he heard there was a shop in the town. He had used the ribbon to tie the boxes together and slowly dragged the items to the shop with the piece of the ribbon in a knot in his mouth. His golden scales heaved with his breath as he made the final flop and landed in front of the shop. He spit the ribbon out of his mouth and called, "Is the shop keeper here or something?"

Izumi peered down over the counter to find a oddly-colored boxed lunch- err -customer at the front of her shop. "I'm the shopkeeper; is there something I can help you with? " she asked the little fish, chuckling a little.

Proteus looked up with one eye, since he was on his side because he was unable to be on his stomach.  "I have like six boxes here I need to get rid of," he spoke, "and I heard there was a box shop of some sort here, maybe we could trade or you can buy these things off of me?" he asked.

"Well, this is the place to do that~" Izumi grinned. "What would you like me to do first? I can appraise your boxes or you could browse around if you like."

"Hm...how about I trade you all of these pretty boxes for those boxes on your shelf(along with appraisal of both) and you appraise this unusual box one I have?" He offered.

Izumi sniffed at the boxes in question. Satisfied, she took them off the counter and unlocked her glass case, then took the three boxes out and replaced them with the new ones. Izumi then shut and locked the case and focused on the three boxes. She sniffed at their locks, carefully getting to know each one, then easily picked the locks on them.

Silver Veil (***)-Lowers more PP of foe by Pressure]

"Holy... HOLY ARCEUS!!" Izumi gasped. "THIS ITEM, THIS SILVER VEIL, IS INCREDIBLY RARE!!! THE STUFF OF MYTHS EVEN!!!!" she exclaimed in a hushed explosion of enthusiasm so not to draw attention. She lowered the items down to the Magikarp. "Be very careful now; rouges and outlaws of all kinda would absolutely KILL to get their hands on that." she cautioned.

The magikarp stared at the Absol as she ranted on about the item being rare, incredibly rare supposedly. The golden Magikarp decided to question the absol on it, "Well...what does it do?" He tied his joy ribbon around his new items with some difficulty as he noticed a bird, the one form earlier in Grassviel that had dumped all of these items, walk in.

Acro held an unusual box that he had brought in from his team's room. He approached the new shop and placed the box on the counter, "U-Uhm...I-I'd like to g-get to sell this?" he spoke.

"That item is said to belong to the great Lugia, who slumbers somewhere in a towering dungeon under the sea. If taken to him, he may awaken... I'm not sure what would happen after that though." Izumi said, imparting all the knowledge she could to the golden Magikarp. Izumi then turned her attention to Acro. "Would you like me to appraise the box instead as a promotional offer? Whatever is inside is yours for free~"

Proteus knew of a dungeon under the sea, he tied the item around his joy ribbons and looked at the Arch Feather, "Eh, you have it." He told the Archen, leaving the item as he left the guild. He would have to gather some kind of group to go into the sea and see just what happens. His new mission, was to recruit.

The Archen was utterly confused as to what was happening, but went with it. "Erm...Sure...thanks.." he picked up and bagged the Arch Feather and placed the Unusual Box in front of the Absol, "H-Here?"

Auctor walked into the guild, hearing of a store or service that would handle boxes, so with his Unusual Box in hand pincer, he found the swap shop and waited behind the Archen, sneaking a peek at the box the Archen handed over

(Yay for bumping. I have an actual reason to it though.)

A goggle wearing Delibird walked in holding a pair of boxes. One was a shiny box while the other was a miracle chest. He's been trying to open these and when he heard there was a box shop, Nick hoped they'd be able to help. Wouldn't it figure that there's a line though? Well, the avian had no reason not to wait, so wait he did.

Izumi took the unusual box and sniffed at it. She turned it all around, then used one of her claws to pick the lock. She fiddled and fiddled until- *click* -the box came unlocked and the lid swung open.

Izumi dumped the contents of the box out on the counter. A Sky Silk gently fluttered out and landed on the countertop.

"There you are~" Izumi announced, pushing the silk towards the Archen. "Now, the next customer can step up."

Akuroma stumbled to the swap-shop, precariously balancing three boxes between his arms. When he reached the shop's counter he plopped the boxes there.
"Ello? I have two unusal boxes and a pretty box to open!" he said, the Ralts looking around for the owner of the shop.

Hearing the voice, Izumi approached the counter from the back of the shop. "Yes? Hello? How can I help you?" she asked, peering over the counter at her small new patron. He had a stack of boxes in tow; she could smell the items from her position behind the counter.
